The winning cocktail came from Trevor Ifill, a member of the Baltimore Bartender's Guild, who works at the Four Seasons Splash Pool Bar and Grill. He made a Tamarind-Ginger Tea, which he described as an international fusion of the African tamarind spice, hints of ginger, agave nectar, and, of course, Ciroc.

Your recipe submission was judged by a team of USBG Mixologists and now you have been chosen to compete in your local qualifying round of the USBG presented 2010 42BELOW Cocktail World Cup! You are among the best in your city and we can’t wait to see you strut your stuff for our judges and audience at your city’s live event!
The top two competitors from your qualifying round will head to New York for the national competition on March 7th. In NY the three-person U.S. Team will be chosen and will represent The States in New Zealand’s Cocktail World Cup on March 23-28th. This is a once in a lifetime experience and you are well on your way!
